• Through no fault of your own, you have a collision on the water and fortunately, you can identify the responsible party? There will be no deductible for you to pay upon such unfortunate situation.

• A fire ignites on the watercraft and your personal effects have been lost? With RV Solutions Insurance - Watercraft, your personal effects are covered, as well as those of the guests accompanying you on your journey.

• You have left for your trip on your favourite waterways and an accident occurs? La Capitale will reimburse your additional living expenses and lodging costs, up to $250 per day, to a maximum of $1,500 per year.

• While you are peacefully navigating about, an uninsured watercraft hits yours and you sustain serious bodily injuries? With La Capitale, an indemnity is payable for bodily injuries sustained as a result of an accident caused by an uninsured third party.

• An accident occurs and you are deprived of your watercraft while repairs are underway? We will pay the rental fees for a replacement watercraft while you wait for repairs to be completed.

• You would love to set sail on a long expedition but you are not familiar with the navigational limits of your watercraft insurance? When you choose La Capitale, you are covered between the 40th and 52nd parallel, which means all the way to the port of New York, on the Gulf of St-Lawrence waters (up to Newfoundland & Labrador), up to the Great Lakes and all the way to Vancouver. To become more familiar with the applicable navigational limits, please call us before you leave. It will be a pleasure to confirm the extent of the covered navigational zones that you can visit without worries.

• What if you sustained a major loss and your watercraft was unfortunately declared a total loss? Should this occur, you will receive an indemnity equivalent to the amount of insurance stipulated in your contract, as per the type and age of your watercraft (agreed insured value).

• Further to an accident, your watercraft sustains partial damage and must be repaired? Once again, based on the type and age of your watercraft, you will avoid all applicable depreciation when such is being repaired (agreed insured value).
